Oct 15-17 - one, no three, of those days

Close up activities. Really at it today. Whaler is in the barn, lake water pump inside, docks are in place, mire stuff loaded in the trailer.

Three car batteries test weak - boat batteries - 2013 + 2x2014.  They're done. Ballast for the trailer.

Lots of lead-up. Repacked the trailer wheel bearings and solved a wire shorting issue in the trailer lights. More soldering.   Whaler is misbehaving - won't idle but it did get me to the ESS Narrows. I was 3rd in queue. It was a busy haul-out day.

Gazebo is wrapped and lit. I picked up some more lights to replace dim ones, on our way home from Toronto.

We took in the Van Gogh exhibit in Toronto on Friday, had dinner at our favorite sushi place across from the Westin harbor castle.  In the am we went to the st Lawrence market, had our usual and headed north. We met Stef at the Barrie Onroute and handed over her furminator.  Mya will be happy.

On the way to Gogh, we dropped off the Ti frame in Fergus. Hugh will call me this coming week with his thoughts on repairing.

Tomorrow is our last full day here. Sandy was housecleaning today. We have lots of packing to do. We don't have to rush out on Tuesday, just want to break up the drive to Nazareth.

Ok, that wasn't quite in chronological order but it covers the main events.

Southward, soon.
