Yes, I'm back at it. I moved furniture to the center of the den/loft, some with Sandy's help, pulled off baseboard, cut 4" of carpet all around, removed carpet nail strips and vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed. This morning I gave it a first coat of paint. I need to get some flooring - I'll be stalled soon !
I also got a haircut yesterday, first time in three months. This is getting to be a habit. May/August/October/January ...
Joyce and Sandy went to the Grille at Riverview for lunch and picked up a couple of things for dinner. Joyce is really under the weather but putting on a brave show. They were supposed to go to the club for brunch this morning but Joyce isn't up yet. I'm worried about her; never seen her so dragged out.
Sandy, on the other hand, is getting better every day. She still coughs a little but her voice is coming back to normal.
Today ... back on the bike.
