Mar 1 - freeeeee !!!!

Yes, we have one less house to worry about !  That's wonderful !

Everything went like clockwork.  We met the buyers and the two agents at the Title company, signatures were exchanged along with pleasantries, and the money is now in the bank ... whew !!

Back home, I sent off the insurance cancellations -- wind, homeowners and flood -- double yay !!

I then got organized and went for a bike ride.

We did eat dinner the day before -- I roasted a chicken on the rotisserie / grill -- and we did eat dinner last night -- coho salmon on the grill.  Yes, we're being really good -- chicken and fish -- no red meat.

I exchanged a million emails with Granite Anvil riders as I'm now working with those on the waitlist to "take up the slack" left by 8 people who let their pre-registration lapse.  Naturally one of those emailed me saying that "he forgot" and still wants to ride.  I told him that I'd have to wait for another open slot.  I've sent out enough reminders !

What else ?  It was a cool ride, sunny but cool. 

Today -- whatever around the house and then ballet tonight.  The tickets are from Patti and Norm.  Tomorrow Sandy goes to Sarasota for the ballet, just a day trip.

Onward.  Yes, with the house sold, really onward !
