Well, it didn't really take all that much time, but I'd been delaying getting my reservations in place for the Shenanadoah and Gold Rush 1200's, plus I had an appointment at the hearing aid place. So ... I did all that, mailed off my money, booked my air and car, puttered on the computer and generally "used up" the day.
The car seems to be running well, can't discern any coolant usage, but then I haven't removed the fan to check the thermostat itself, which was the problem before.
Sandy did some shopping and looked at stair tread finishes. We talked to Jim Brendel, who presumably we'll see before we leave or else we won't get this thing scheduled and underway.
We had flounder for dinner, likely the last flounder that we'll have for a while !
The replacement hearing aids stayed in place during dinner, which is a major improvement. I'm not ready to count those chickens yet though.
That's basically it, nothing exciting. Our latest plan is to leave on Monday morning and get to the cottage before dinner on Wednesday.
