Rollin, rollin, rollin, keep those wagons rollin ...
Yes, it's still rolling. I don't like the tires that I got from Daryl -- much too soft for my liking -- but they got us to Florida, which was the objective. They are like the OEM tires. Next step for this car is replacing those rear so-called ball joints to see if that helps the camber any.
It was a long day to Beckley. We left the cottage a little after 7am and I stopped to visit with Stef. There was a delay at the border ... long story short, it was almost 10 pm when we got to Beckley. We unloaded, had some dinner at Ruby Tuesday and hit the sack.
Yesterday we left at 8am - late for us but we needed some catch-up sleep time. We got here at 6:30, unloaded, opened the ground-floor hurricane shutters and went to the SYC for dinner. We both had the salmon stuffed with crab, rich and filling, but excellent.
Back home again, I got the computer going, the satellite receiver connected and TV going, had my usual post-dinner-bowl-of-rasin-bran and went to bed.
Now I have to make bread !
Today ... bike ride ! It's hot !
Tomorrow ... Jeffrey arrives !
Yikes !
Onward !
