Jason, Lo and Kim did some shopping (Home Depot, Walmart etc) and also wandered Flagler.
I did some wiring, adding a switch over the wine cooler and wiring for lights there and above. That, of course, involved cutting holes in the wall, fishing wires, a trip to Home Depot etc. I also did some drywall patching at a couple of switches where the plaster didn't "quite" cover the opening. I got all my Randonneurs Ontario mailing completed too, so it was a somewhat productive day.
We snacked up on the den balcony, which is out of reach of the no-see-ums and has the added advantage of being out of the on-and-off rain. It's quite a nice spot actually.
We had flounder for dinner along with sauteed zucchini and roasted potato wedges. We polished off a bottle of Zin in the process, which is pretty easy for four people ! I'm not a huge Zin fan but it's interesting for a change.
Today ... Mass, of course and then brunch at the club. Jason et al then head for Orlando for some shopping and then onwards to their rental for next week. We will likely see them during their two-week stay in Orlando and perhaps on their way home but nothing definite has been planned.
It's cold up north ! I see that the current temp is -9C. It's cooler here this a.m. too, at 55F. It's all relative :).
Jeffrey and Sara are getting the adoption papers organized, so we might have something definite to say on that score in a few days, but these things do take time.
So ... onward we go.
