The 4th turned out to be a great riding day. There was a stiff headwind but that just made riding back that much better. It was about 30 degrees cooler than the day before, but still warmer than much of the U.S.
Not much else happened of note ... we had shrimp for dinner; Sandy's addicted to King's seafood.
Jim and Sheryl left around 7:30 and were i-ing with Sandy about 12 hours later as we finished dinner.
Oh yes, looking for something on TV, the three of us ended up watching The Hunger Games on Netflix. Sandy had seen it already with Sara up north, but it was new to me and Jerry. It was actually good, but not quite as good as the hype, surprise, surprise.
Today we were supposed to get showers and it certainly looked like we were going to get wet, based on the Doppler. I voted for a ride south and then back into the wind; Jerry voted north. Hey, I'm just along for the ride so we went north. We stayed dry, getting back around 3:30. Tomorrow ... who knows.
Sandy's gone into Orlando, Costco and other errands.
That's about it ... Onward !
