Apr 22 - on the water

It was time to go boating.  While the day was warm, it was cooler than expected out there since the water temperature is still in the 60's.  However, we had a good time.  Megan did a little swimming at the island; current was negligible as the tide was low.  We had lunch at Inlet Harbor; tuna sliders were the choice for three; fish reuben for two.  All good.  We finished off the day with shrimp, quinoa and spinach.

David was still recovering from the bike ride, combination of some minor aches and some sunburn along with an appetite.  If he did a couple more of these in a row his body would get the hang of it but I don't think that he's game to go today ... I'll likely get in another ride, last one before the 600k on the weekend.\

I heard from Kelly at BMW Service.  It turns out that it isn't the injectors, rather the Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank and sensor.  I'm finding it hard to believe that there have been so many significant problems in such a short period of time.  She says that the car will be ready late today.  That's the plan.  I need it for tomorrow a.m. to pick up JSE&Z.

Onward !
