Dec 13 - not much

With the weather being cold, not much was happening.  I ran an errand, picked up a salad at Giant on the way back, caught up on some emails, hung out with the kids.  We ate in, a pre-prepared meal of some large pasta shells stuffed with ricotta and lobster bisque.  Emma was having her first sleep-over, so Sara went off with her after dinner.  We said our good-byes to Emma.

This morning we head to Brantford.  I'm guessing that it will be around 6pm when we arrive there.   Had this been summer and/or the cottage already open and warm, we'd have continued on but who knows what we'll find there -- snow to clear, etc.  A 10 pm arrival in the dark wouldn't be fun.  Monday is the day we'll go to the cottage.  Tuesday we'll be back through Barrie to visit with Stef and then on to Oakville for my dentist appointment, grocery shopping and then back north that night.
