but you can't hide.  I thought that perhaps if I rode every day, I'd keep this head-cold at bay, but I woke up during the night with a sore throat.  More details aren't necessary ....

It was REALLY windy yesterday for my ride, a blast from the west that made it a challenge to stay upright and covered me in sand when I went by an east-west street close to the ocean.  The wind was a couple of degrees north of west but that really didn't make any difference.  I could have ridden south or north and fought the cross wind, so I chose north.

Sandy had her annual dermatologist checkup, no issues. 

How was she feeling ?  If I said that she didn't have wine at dinner, would you get the idea ?  Yup, that bad.

Otherwise it was a quiet day.  I did some more online stuff, working on a brochure for Randonneurs Ontario.  That's ready to go, will probably order today.
