Oct 11 - out on the bike

Hot as heck, but felt good as long as I was moving.  The wind was from the ENE so much so that it felt like ESE on the way home, but that was ok.  I made good time; what a difference riding on smooth roads !

We lost a number of plants over the summer, so I checked the sprinkler system and sure enough, I've got several broken heads.  There's no winning this battle, a real pain in the tush.

We went to the SYC for dinner; surveyed some of the damage from Irma.  What a mess.  The bar where we normally eat is still being repaired but they have the upper room open for business and it was busy.  The Tiki is also supposed to open this coming weekend; the grand re-opening.  It's getting close.

Sandy did some yard cleanup but there's a lot to do.
