Feb 21 - south yet again

The winds seem to be consistently from the south these days; south or southeast.  As a result, I'm riding south.  At 15-20 mph, they'd be really tough riding south along the beach if I went north. What I need to do is ride north with a tailwind and have someone pick me up !

The trail out of Titusville now extends a good 8 miles.  I need to do some more exploring and find the next interchange to head home vs running parallel to Maytown road and ending up in Osteen.  There has to be a way ... and in fact, Harris knows that way.  Perhaps Jerry and I can convince him to ride with us one day and show us that way !

Sheryl and Jim took their machine out yesterday, seeing the Manatees at Haulover Canal, Bairs Cove boat launch and then going to Cocoa.  It's beautiful weather for touring around.

Being Wednesday, we ate at the bar at the SYC.  There were some of the "usual crowd" there but not Barb and Jerry.  The place was hopping with a couple of other things going on (book club) and also busy in the dining room.  In general, NSB is pretty busy right now, no doubt leftover from the Daytona 500, the "Falcon Heavy" launch and anticipating Bike Week.

Onward !
