Mar 20 - snow due

Yesterday the forecast for the Reading/Philly area was for snow today (the 21st).  It's happening and I see loads of flights out of Philly canceled.  Jeffrey, Sara and the kids were due to fly today.  I'm not sure what will happen at this point.

Yesterday our forecast was for rain / thunder.  Sure enough, when I was approaching BMW Werks, the fellow who is going to replace my intake and exhaust cam position sensors, the radio and my phone started blaring a tornado warning.  That really means that conditions are ripe, it doesn't mean that we actually have tornadoes in the area.  It rained heavily, nothing more.

He checked out the power steering hoses and we've concluded that he'll replace a few clamps and see if that fixes it.  As for the sensors, I'm scheduled to take the car in next week, once he has the parts.

Once back home, I replaced the under-hood plastic pieces that I'd picked up at BMW.  One isn't quite in the right place; I may look at it again or let this fellow do the job.  On the way there, I had also picked up my annual physical lab requests.  I'll get into the hospital one of these morning, sans my morning coffee, and get that done.

I did manage to take Cassie out to the sandbar and it started raining as we headed back.  Once in the house, she didn't want to lie on the carpet near the kitchen door, clearly not liking the thunder.  I remember Sheryl's dog Sandy who would go and hide during a thunderstorm.

Lane Snapper was on deck for dinner.  It was good.

Onward !
