May 10 - new this and that

Sandy got a new phone yesterday and maybe a new iPad.  She must have spent 3 hours at Verizon and I got more than a dozen calls.  It's still not clear what we've signed up for, in terms of an ongoing plan; some Florida Seniors only plan ... hmmm. 

We're supposed to take delivery of the iPad today but the jury is still out on that.  We ( more like I ) might change our mind. 

In other news ... not much.  The trailer is out front and the litespeed loaded.  I'm cycling today and then the True North will be loaded along with scads of other stuff for the trip north, which is supposed to start on Sunday.  We shall see.  Sandy didn't get anywhere near as much done yesterday as she'd planned, with all the phone-related time.

I had my monthly RUSA Board call last night and, as usual, it lasted until after 10pm.
