Sandy left before lunch, on her way to Toronto, Burlington, Joyce's, Kit Kat, Ballet ... back this morning sometime. David is also due here sometime today (Saturday), he'll be solo too, coming to help with whatever before we leave.
I moved the Muskoka chairs back to the beach; Sandy had cleaned and stained them; threw the ball for Cassie; got the dog kennel down as it's going to Hemmingford for the Paul's new puppy; threw the ball for Cassie. I assembled the futon/bunk after dinner; threw the ball for Cassie; did a bunch more work with the cycling routes, which are now all loaded up on spotwalla; threw the ball for Cassie;worked on financials, advance paying most known bills through August 1; threw the ball for Cassie ...
Yes, Cassie got a lot of exercise and swimming !
I brought some expired electronics up to the garage including the now mostly useless Samsung all-in-one. I'm hoping that David can take some of that back with him, if not this trip, then another. It doesn't belong in the local dump and the recycling depot in Sudbury doesn't take it. Barrie has a depot expressly for electronics. At some point I will have to deal with the not-turned-on-for years computers here - three of them.
The Brother replacement printer is working well ... knock on wood ... and it has an unexpected bonus - we can print from the iPhones and iPads.
I haven't really started any of the physical prep for Europe yet, other than bike maintenance. Speaking of which, I need to get out and test the travel bike setup and then it can be dismantled. I'll do some riding with the Litespeed, just to keep my legs moving but I won't have much riding before Bulgaria.
Onward !
