Sep 4-5 - recovery & catchup

The day after returning was a slow one, some personal financial catchup and a snooze.  Sandy had left for Toronto - hair appointment, dentist appointment, dinner with Joyce and Angelika and some shopping.  She's due back today, sometime.

Yesterday, the 5th, I updated the RUSA financials for the conference call last night and spent a bunch of time on some other RUSA issues.  I also updated the Randonneurs Ontario financials, producing a projection for the Sept 30 fiscal year end as well as a budget for 2019.  We'll discuss that tonight at our meeting.  The annual general meeting is on Sunday in Markham.

Jason, Lorraine & Kim left for Brantford last night; Gavin and Amanda are still here.  I"m not sure if we'll see J&L before Florida.  The road is pretty quiet but I hear that the lake was busy on the weekend.

I've got paperwork piled around me that must be attended to.  There are other inside and outside projects that should be tackled before we leave.  I've got a little less than two weeks at which point I need to be able to travel; Sandy will have a couple more days while I am in North Carolina.

I did mostly strip and disassemble my bike yesterday to get it ready for packing.  I will get out on the Litespeed between now and NC but there's no rush.

Onward !
