Feb 15 - a good night’s sleep

Tolerance ?  Exercise ? Sleep deficit ?  CBD ?

I did get out for a ride yesterday. I'm feeling pretty sluggish though as I've never sat around this much. 

Time will tell. I woke up several times but was able to shift position and fall asleep again for the first time in a couple of weeks. 

I had tried the CBD that Sandy picked up before starting the prescription NSAID but it didn't seem to make any difference. Yesterday I added that in and perhaps it helped. Based on my research that was a lot safer than adding any more NSAID. 

The little bottle of CBD apparently contains 1,000 mu of CBD. Apparently if I drank down 20 of those bottles all at once it would make me drowsy with no other ill effects. Who knows. 

Sandy checked out the gym yesterday and plans to restart once we've had the 2nd shot. Although she walks regularly, that doesn't get the heart rate up. 

March 8 is on the calendar.
